Junior Sous Chef Modern Mediterranean/Turkish and Levantine Restaurant Canary Wharf, London £42,000 to £45,000 A standout opportunity for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the opening team of a high-profile restaurant in Canary Wharf.

You will be part of a talented brigade, helping shape a bold and modern menu with genuine input into new dishes and future openings.This role would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.We are particularly interested in chefs with backgrounds in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or Turkish cuisine, or chefs with exceptional grill and open-fire cooking experience.The Role You will be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting service and helping maintain high standards across every section.Your responsibilities will include:Running your own section with confidenceSupporting charcoal grill and open-fire cookingWorking across all areas of the kitchenTraining and developing junior chefsAssisting with ordering and stock controlMaintaining HACCP and food safety standardsContributing ideas for menu developmentSupporting the creation of breads, desserts and seasonal dishesWhat We Are Looking For Current Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready for promotionExperience in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or Turkish cuisineOr outstanding grill, mangal, robata or open-fire cooking skillsStrong all-round technical abilityExperience in quality-driven restaurantsConfident running a section independentlyOrganised, calm and reliable during servicePassionate about bold flavours and ingredient-led xwzovoh cookingThe Package £42,000 to £45,000 depending on experience45 hours per weekFive days per week29 days holidayStaff meals includedImmediate start availableWhy This Role Stands Out Work with an exceptional Executive ChefGenuine creative input into the menuJoin a business with two further openings plannedClear progression opportunitiesBe part of an exciting opening team from day one
