We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Junior Sous Chef will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a Rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus. You will also deputise for the Head and Sous Chef in their absence.

The Person
The Junior Sous Chef will have:Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchenA real passion for food and creating amazing dishesThe confidence to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service.Dedication, motivation and positiveFlexibility to cover shifts as required.Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sectionsPassion to deliver outstanding dishes whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.Ideally live locally or have your own transport. xwzovoh If you are an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking for a new opportunity apply today!…
