We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a unique role combining high-quality hospitality catering and staff dining services. You will take ownership of your section, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
What you’ll be doing as a Chef de Partie:Running your own kitchen section and maintaining consistently high food standardsPreparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for both hospitality events and staff dining servicesSupporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchenAssisting with food ordering, deliveries, stock rotation, and minimising wasteEnsuring all food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures are followed at all timesHelping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environmentContributing ideas and creativity to menus and food presentation
What you’ll need to succeed as a Chef de Partie:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience at Commis/Sous Chef level ready to step upExperience within hospitality, staff dining, or contract catering environmentsStrong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, high-quality foodRelevant professional cookery or food hygiene qualifications are desirable but not essential
