Sales Broker – Warm Leads / High Earnings Potential
Location: Central LondonSalary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commissionOTE: £80,000-£100,000+
We’re working with a growing, specialist brokerage in Central London that is expanding its sales team.
This is a phone-based role focused on converting warm inbound enquiries – no cold calling or self-generation required.
You’ll be speaking to individuals who have already expressed interest, building trust, understanding their needs and guiding them through a structured sales process.
The business operates in a high-value market, offering strong earning potential and clear progression for those who are willing to put the work in.
The role
- Handling inbound enquiries from private clients
- Building rapport and credibility over the phone
- Following a structured, proven sales process
- Converting opportunities into completed deals
- Developing longer-term client relationships
- Working towards revenue and performance targets
