Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.LookingforanexperiencedProjectManagertorunCCTVandAccessControlSecuritySystemsinstallationsprojectsonconstructionsitesApplicantsmustbeabletodemonstratepreviousexperiencerunningsimilarconstructionsiteprojectsthathaveincluded:conduit/containment,cablingandsystemsinstallations.Thiscompanyundertakeprojectstoinstallsecuritysystemsintonewbuildproperties(mostlyresidentialblocksofflats/mixedcommercialresidentialbuildings).Thisisanoffthetoolsmanagementposition,youwillberesponsibleformanagingtheinstallationsteambothemployedandsub-contractorsonsite(s),andtheclientrelationship,attendingallmeetings,resolvingissuesetc.Youwillmanageeitherlargesinglesiteprojectsormultipleconcurrentsmallerinstallations.TheinitialrolewillbetoProjectManageaprojectinCamdenandaprojectinTottenham,soideallyapplicantsshouldliveintheNorthofLondonarea.Mustbeabletodriveandwillingtotravel,asprojectsareacrosstheSouthEast.Applicantsrequire:eitherSSSTSorSMSTSholdafullUKdriverslicencehaveworkedasaProject/SiteManagerpreviouslyhavepreviouslymanagedcabledsystemsinstallations(ideallysecuritysystems)projectsbelocatedintheSouthEastofEnglandSalaryonofferisabasicof£45-£50Kdependingonexperience+companycaror£5Kcarallowance. xwzovoh Afterprobationyouwillbeeligibleforthebonusscheme,whichcanawardaround10%ofsalaryifyourprojectsaredeliveredwithinthetargetprofitabilitymargins….
