The Role
Lead and manage the hotel’s multi-outlet food and beverage operationDrive exceptional service standards across restaurant, bar, lounge, events, and other F&B outletsRecruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potentialWork closely with senior management to deliver departmental objectives and guest satisfaction targetsManage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, stock control, and departmental profitabilityEnsure operational standards, compliance, and service consistency are maintained at all timesLead from the front with a visible and hands-on management style
About You
Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager within a quality 4-star hotel environmentalready in the UK and not requiring Visa sponsorship as unfortunately they are not able to assist at this stageStrong background managing multiple outlets and varied service stylesPassionate about team development, coaching, and creating a positive working cultureCommercially astute with strong financial and operational management skillsHands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational abilitiesGuest-focused xwzovoh with a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality experiencesAble to balance operational excellence with commercial performance
