Our site is home to a vibrant operation across two floors, including a busy Brasserie, hospitality services, a deli, and an employee dining area. With a team of around 40 colleagues, we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining high culinary standards across all areas.
What you’ll be doing as a Chef de Partie:Preparing mise en place and ensuring readiness for serviceSupporting the smooth running of the kitchen during serviceContributing ideas for menu development and daily offeringsMaintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygieneWorking collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
What you’ll need to succeed as a Chef de Partie:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress into the next stage of their careerExperience working within a Rosette-standard restaurant or high-quality fresh food kitchenConfident running an individual section independently during busy service periodsBackground working in a standalone restaurant environment with fresh food focusStrong culinary knowledge with a consistent track record of delivering high standards of food quality and presentation
