Do you have office administration experience?  Are you available immediately for a Temporary assignment for 4-6 weeks?

  • Job Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks with possibility of extension)
  • Salary: £13.50 – £14.00 per hour
  • Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a proactive and robust Office Assistant to join a small, busy team, based in Hatfield on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be confident, possess excellent communication skills, good admin skills and also be happy to make the tea!

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering phones and managing communication.
  • Management and printing of emails.
  • Making tea and coffee for the team and visitors.
  • Performing ad-hoc office duties as required.
  • Utilising MS Office and CRM systems effectively; training on internal CRM will be provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Emails CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work confidently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Quick learner and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Robust personality, able to handle dynamic challenges.
