Defence Lawyer

This is an Interim position for a Defence Lawyer to support a business for 3 months.

Client Details

This company provide a range of products to customers within a number of sectors including defence.

Description

• Provide specialist legal advice, guidance and expertise on commercial contractual matters particularly to the defence sector
• This could include sales contracts, IP licensing agreements, procurement agreements, collaboration agreements, consulting agreements, master service agreements, mutual indemnity agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc
• Analyse contractual terms and conditions
• Provide advise and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with external counsel as required

Profile

The successful candidate for the Interim Defence Lawyer position will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of dealing with defence related contracts- DFARS etc
• Experience of drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders
• Be able to assess and advise on possible risks

Job Offer
