This isn’t a production line. Standards here are exceptional, and they need a Chef de Partie who takes that seriously.The RoleYou’ll work across all sections of a high-volume, high-standard kitchen, supporting the senior brigade and taking ownership of your station with confidence. Shifts run either 6am2:30pm or 2pm10pm.
