The Role
Support the day-to-day running of the hotel bar operationLead and inspire the bar team during serviceDeliver warm, engaging, and professional guest experiencesPrepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and premium beveragesAssist with training and development of junior team membersEnsure consistently high presentation and service standards
