The Role
This office-based role will support Financial Advisors with a range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth client service and compliance standards are maintained. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisors
- Processing new business applications including pensions, investments, and protection
- Liaising with providers, platforms, and clients for updates and information
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
- Handling client queries professionally and efficiently
- Managing appointments and advisor diaries
- Assisting with compliance and FCA requirements
- Supporting clients through onboarding and review processes
About You
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role is essential
- Good understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM/back-office systems such as Intelligent Office or Adviser Office
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Financial services qualifications (or working towards them) are advantageous
