Legal Administrator/ Immigration Compliance Paralegal

Overview & Opportunity:
Achieve Professionals have partnered with a highly regarded London-based family office specialising in investment and asset management, who are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Administrator / Immigration Compliance Paralegal to join their growing team.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the business with immigration compliance, sponsor licence administration, legal documentation, and wider executive support responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing sponsor licence and visa-related processes whilst supporting senior stakeholders across the business.
This opportunity would suit someone with a legal background, ideally with previous experience in immigration compliance, sponsor licence applications, or legal administration within a corporate environment.
The Candidate must also be fluent in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and hold a UK passport and have the ability to travel across Europe when needed.
The Role:
- Prepare and coordinate Sponsor Licence applications and supporting documentation
- Manage work visa sponsorship applications, renewals, and ongoing immigration administrative matters
- Maintain accurate immigration and compliance records in line with UKVI requirements
- Draft, review, and maintain legal and business documentation, contracts, internal policies, and compliance materials
- Liaise with external legal counsel, immigration advisers, and regulatory authorities where required
- Provide administrative and organisational support to senior management
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, travel arrangements, and ad hoc executive support duties
- Assist with internal compliance processes and document management
- Support wider operational and administrative projects across the business as required
Requirements:
- Holds a Law Degree
- Previous experience within legal administration, immigration compliance, sponsor licence management, or a corporate compliance role
- Experience supporting Sponsor Licence applications and Skilled Worker visa processes is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
