Overview
As a member of the Nomad Foods Global Account teams, your role will be to lead the day‑to‑day management and delivery of best‑in‑class media services to the Central stakeholders at Nomad Foods’ European headquarters across its portfolio of brands and markets.
Your role will be pivotal to the success of this account. You will work with various teams within the broader Zenith International and Publicis Media organisation.
You will be building strong trusted relationships with key clients, supporting the Global Business Director, the Account Management and extended Global Teams (Strategy, Digital, Data & Tech) to deliver outstanding work every time.
You will support the local markets to ensure they apply consistency and deliver against the guidelines, playbooks and operational process and protocols. This will include tasks such as leading communication with markets, sharing knowledge and best practice, act as a first point of contact for the global client team, work closely with the Managing Partner to manage the network, work closely with strategists and digital specialists to ensure projects are delivered to a great standard and more.
This role is fast paced and requires excellent project management skills, along with the ability to effectively manage international relationships, both with clients and local agencies. Good knowledge of digital and experience in media planning and operations management is essential.
This role reports to the Managing Partner.
Client service
- Builds strong client relationships to understand the needs and requirements in order to proactively support the day‑to‑day delivery of projects
- Confidently manages multiple clients and categories
- Responsible for the delivery of specific projects
- Displays critical thinking and challenges internal and external outputs
- Produces insightful, innovative and clearly articulated presentations
- Identified opportunities and business solutions that will leverage both internal and external cross‑functional capabilities
Operations
- Streamlines and refines processes and ways of working within Global and local teams to deliver best‑in‑class operations for the account
- Champions the Nomad’s Ops Model and planning process within the business to drive operational excellence across Publicis / Zenith Global
- Owns Nomad’s bespoke tools and technology and work with the business to refine, build, and integrate these solutions into every aspect of the global business and market network
- Oversees and ensures accuracy as well as timeliness of account finances and billings
Project Management
- Efficient time management and prioritisation of multiple projects across different business units
- Coordinates and inspires agency resource including planning, digital, trading, search, eCommerce
- Deploys and liaises with local markets in the delivery of projects
- Creates opportunities for local market governance connections and monthly plan updates (extranet, email updates, conferences)
Network Management
- Forges strong relationships with all Nomad markets
- Identifies and supports Publicis / Zenith Global markets to streamline and optimise process and address operational challenges
Strategic Planning
- Manages monthly planning governance and works with client team to define best‑in‑class output
- Supports the deployment of the media guidelines and the local markets output during the Annual Planning process
- Works collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure integrated communication planning and deliver fully integrated, seamless output for the Nomad business
Qualifications
Experience working in the media industry in an account and/or planning role and demonstrated ability to work across projects and teams. Strong knowledge of digital media with knowledge of traditional offline channels desirable. Proficiency with media research and industry tools is useful.
