As Store Leader, you’ll be the driving force of one of our busiest locations — leading your team, creating the right energy in store, and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver great service and Damn Fine Coffee™
• Take ownership of your store’s performance — from sales to standards
• Build a culture where people love to work and customers love to visit
• Keep operations on track — managing stock, people, and day-to-day performance

• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
• A people-first approach — you’ll get the best out of your team by leading from the front
