We’re supporting a leading consulting organisation on a major banking transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Operating Model Designer to join a high-profile engagement with a global financial services client.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in redesigning and optimising critical business processes within a complex banking environment, helping shape the future operating model for a significant risk and change management function.
The Role:
As an Operating Model Designer, you will be responsible for analysing current-state operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing future-state operating models that enhance efficiency, governance, and business outcomes.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, transformation teams, and subject matter experts to create practical, scalable operating model solutions within a highly regulated banking environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Operating Model Designer
Strong track record delivering operating model design within banking or financial services
Experience working on large-scale transformation, change, or risk-related programmes
Ability to define target operating models, governance structures, processes, roles, and operating frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable working with senior leadership and complex organisational structures
Contract Details:
2 days per week onsite
Outside IR35
Initial 6 month contract with strong extension potential
