Education Occupational Therapist: Elevate Pupils’ Independence

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team at The Shires in Stretton, Rutland. This role involves delivering individualized OT assessments and interventions for pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma or have SEMH needs. The position is part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to fostering independence and supporting pupils’ growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised Occupational Therapy degree and be registered with HCPC and RCOT. A deep understanding of OT theory and practical application, along with experience in a similar environment, is essential.
