What you will do
Deliver person-centred care across residential homes, supported living, and community settings. Build confidence, provide emotional support, and help people thrive.
What you need
- UK work eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of UK paid care experience in the last 3 years
- Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Personal qualities include integrity, respect, empathy, and teamwork
