Brook Street Social Care is looking for Support Workers in Uxbridge to join an Ofsted-registered home for adolescent boys facing learning disabilities and emotional difficulties. You’ll provide high-quality care and support daily routines while ensuring a safe and valued environment.
The ideal candidate has a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience with young individuals in care settings. Full-time position includes a rolling rota with sleep-ins. Sponsored training for Diploma Level 4 is offered.
