A Role with Purpose: Join a child‑centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people for the better, supporting pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH needs (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). We are increasingly supporting children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).

Responsibilities
- Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way
- Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
- Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
- Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
Location and Salary
Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs. Bradford, West Yorkshire – £28 to £35 per hour Contract.
