The Opportunity
You will play a central role in defining and executing the company’s long‑term technology vision across:
- Platform architecture and scale Leading the evolution of a highly sophisticated multi‑client platform serving regulated capital markets institutions.
- AI‑native transformation Embedding AI throughout the product and engineering lifecycle – from specification and development through to testing, iteration, and delivery – helping move the organisation from agile‑first to AI‑native‑first.
- Client and organisational adoption Driving AI adoption internally and externally, helping clients navigate the shift from AI hesitancy toward meaningful competitive advantage within regulated environments.
- Governance and operational rigour Scaling technology capabilities with the controls, governance, and disciplined execution required for highly regulated financial services environments.
