Residential Property GM – Onsite, 12-Month Contract

Greystar (International) is seeking a General Manager for a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract in Croydon. In this role, you will guide onsite teams, ensuring excellence in customer service, facilities management, health & safety, and leasing.

You’ll be responsible for managing the residential operating budget, building strong relationships with commercial tenants, and driving community engagement initiatives.
