We are seeking an ambitious, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a modern mixed NHS and Private practice. The role offers excellent private earning potential, a supportive team environment, and access to a private treatment suite with a Treatment Coordinator. Flexible working options are available, including 1–2 days per week and weekend availability, to suit your schedule. You’ll have opportunities to develop special interests such as cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, implants, or facial aesthetics, supported by modern digital workflows and an in-house laboratory. Ideal candidates are motivated, experienced in general practice, committed to ongoing growth, and enjoy building long-term patient relationships. This is a part-time role based in Hastings, requiring GDC registration and suitable for those with at least 3 years of experience. Relocation or reliable commuting is necessary.
