UK & Ireland Head of Accounting & Finance Transformation

Mars is seeking a Head of Accounting UK & I to ensure accuracy in financial reporting while providing leadership to a team of 10-15 professionals. This role involves shaping financial processes, reporting to the Director of R2R Operations, and will include a hybrid working arrangement in the Birmingham (Solihull) office.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting, with at least 10 years in accounting, 5 of which should be in leadership. Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with Oracle is preferred.
