Overview
We are hiring an Operations Associate Director to play a critical dual role across one of our most exciting global clients. This position is split 50/50 between leading operations on the Marriott EMEA account and driving the transition and onboarding of new clients, offering real breadth and impact. You’ll sit at the centre of how teams operate, bringing clarity, structure and innovation to complex environments. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead operational best practices across the Marriott EMEA account, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency
- Oversee financial governance, supporting billing, budgets, reconciliation and accrual processes
- Own and drive operational transition and onboarding for new client accounts from end to end
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to establish tools, systems, reporting and ways of working for new business
- Develop and implement processes, templates and documentation that enable scalable delivery across both areas
- Drive adoption of tools and reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy, compliance and visibility
- Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational advisor
Skills we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in media operations or within a complex, matrixed organisation
- Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams, including operational delivery and client onboarding
- Sound understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, billing and governance
- Confident communicator, able to bring clarity to complex situations and engage stakeholders effectively
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions
- A proactive approach, with a focus on improving processes and driving operational excellence
