Role

The role will be Temp to perm and must have new build housing experience.

Responsibilities

• Working on a new build housing site
• Managing snagging processes and lists
• Ensuring site safety and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors on site

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in the new build homes sector
• SMSTS certification
• Experience carrying out CMLS-related tasks
