Responsibilities
A thriving and busy corporate commercial team with an impressive client base is looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their highly rated team in Northampton. You will deal with a strong pipeline of high‑quality work and receive the support of experienced partners who are committed to development. The role will be varied and cover all aspects of corporate and commercial, including demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructures, M&A, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues.
Qualifications
You will have at least 5 years PQE in handling your own caseload of corporate commercial matters and will be seeking a supportive and encouraging environment to further your career. As the appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor you will build long‑term client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to team development and learning. In addition to fee‑earning, you will be expected to drive the growth of the team through networking and business‑development activities.
