Location: Preston. Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum (DOE). Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Commercial Department, including supervision and mentoring of junior fee earners.
- Support business development and networking initiatives.
- Assist with department strategy, growth, and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial and/or Corporate Law.
- Previous experience managing or supervising a legal team.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
