Employment Details

Location: Preston. Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum (DOE). Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial Department, including supervision and mentoring of junior fee earners.
• Support business development and networking initiatives.
• Assist with department strategy, growth, and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial and/or Corporate Law.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a legal team.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
