The Role
The successful candidate will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Probate and estate administration
- Taxable and non-taxable estates
- Drafting simple and complex wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and registrations
- Inheritance tax and succession planning advice
The team offers strong supervision and support while encouraging autonomy and professional development.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
- NQ – 2 years’ PQE within Private Client work
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Interest in networking and business development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
