HR Business Partner — Hybrid & Projects Leader

Broughton Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide a professional HR advisory service to all staff. This role involves supporting the Head of Human Resources and working closely with line managers to deliver best practices across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with substantial HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law. The position offers a full-time contract with a salary of £42,627.34 p/a plus travel allowance.
