Senior NPI & Industrialisation Engineer (Onsite)

Matchtech is seeking a Principal Industrialisation / Process Engineer based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes and drive manufacturing excellence. This hands-on role involves managing industrialisation activities across NPI projects and ensuring effective transitions from development to manufacturing.
