An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a New Business Consultant based in Solihull. The salary package on offer is up to £40,000 OTE dependent on experience.

The role

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Handle inbound enquiries professionally, converting them into qualified appointments
  • Schedule and manage appointments for property valuation experts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system
  • Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to overall business growth
  • Develop a strong understanding of company services and market position to effectively communicate value to clients
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to support continuous improvement of sales strategies

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Proven ability to work in a high-energy, target-driven environment
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to maintain performance under pressure
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively to handle multiple enquiries
  • IT literate, with experience using CRM systems or similar platforms
