Head of Design & Technical

Broughton Group, based in Manchester, is looking for a Head of Technical to lead their Design & Technical team. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective running of the Technical department and contribute to an impressive pipeline of new developments slated for 2026, ranging from 50 to 400+ units.

Responsibilities include managing technical functions and reporting directly to the Director, helping to drive the company’s growth and project success.
