Overview
Our client is a market leader in multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Health & Safety professional to the Midlands team who has large infrastructure project experience. The role is focused around CDM and the Principal Designer role, so experience within a consultancy or design environment is essential as is a track record of working on major infrastructure projects either in the UK or abroad. The Senior Health & Safety Consultant will provide CDM advice in a client advisory capacity and will need to have a NEBOSH Construction alongside a professional qualification in construction or civils. This is a major corporate business, but the Health & Safety team operates almost as it is own business, so retains a smaller company feel.
Responsibilities
- Provide CDM advice in a client advisory capacity, focusing on CDM and Principal Designer responsibilities.
- Work on major infrastructure projects either in the UK or abroad, within a consultancy or design environment.
- Support Health & Safety Training across various clients in the region.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Construction
- Professional qualification in construction or civils
Location
Role is ideally based out of Birmingham, but the client can accommodate if you are in the East Midlands or East Anglia, with projects spread across those regions.
