Position Overview

QA Test Manager – Full‑time, Permanent. Location: Poole, Dorset (hybrid working).

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Manager who can shape quality standards across a multi‑product technology environment, introduce improvements and build a scalable QA capability. In this role you will define how quality is delivered across the organisation – from strategy and KPIs to mentoring the team and influencing engineering decisions, with the responsibility and scope to make a lasting impact where performance, reliability and accuracy matter.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a unified QA strategy, tools and processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop the QA team to maximise performance and growth.
• Establish KPIs and drive measurable quality improvements.
• Oversee test planning, risk assessment and release readiness.
• Support testing across web portals, mobile applications, CMS platforms, backend database systems and cloud infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing QA Test Engineers.
• Strong experience pivoting, defining and implementing QA test strategies.
• Background working within Agile software development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to assess risk quickly and guide teams through informed decisions.
