North East Ambition in Tees Valley offers an exciting opportunity for a full-time Connect Response Officer within our 24/7 emergency monitoring service. You’ll be part of a team delivering crucial support to residents of Middlesbrough.
This role involves installing equipment, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety and independence of vulnerable individuals in their homes. Successful candidates will be trained in emergency first aid and moving and handling, and must have good communication skills and empathy.
Please note this is a fixed term post until 01.06.2027.
