Our offices are located in Bristol and Cardiff; bids will be supported in both locations.

A Permanent/Full-Time role as Bid Manager, responsible for managing the Bid Management of both Work Winning Bids and Preferred Bidder projects. This role ensures delivery of projects on time and within budget, producing bid documents of the highest quality, interacting across the organization, and driving strategy and writing plans to secure success.

About You

An experienced Bid Manager, ideally educated to degree level with a track record of winning profitable work. You are an expert in the tender process, skilled at researching projects and clients to articulate the company’s differentiators and approach. You have competence in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent), strong team spirit, and hold a full UK driving licence.
