The Role
You will join a highly successful AV team and work across a broad portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility will be the day‑to‑day running of client accounts in TV, Cinema, and Video. As an AV Manager, you will balance media planning and buying with ensuring the smooth and effective operation of each client’s account. You will support an Account Director and be responsible for developing and mentoring two executive planners.
You
You are an experienced media planner/buyer with an instinct for understanding clients’ business needs, objectives and strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong implementational AV planning and buying ability
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Understanding of AV within the wider communications mix, including trade, evaluation and measurement
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with media owners, clients, auditors and an ability to be highly regarded at all levels
