Senior Project Manager – Construction & Refurbishment Lead

Workspace Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects across commercial and industrial properties. You will lead projects ranging from £500,000 to £5 million, ensuring they meet high standards for cost, quality, and compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor on construction matters.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying, be MRICS qualified with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. This role requires site presence 4 days a week and offers responsibilities in managing project lifecycles effectively.
