Infrastructure Support Analyst – AWS

Requirments

• Maintain a highly available, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex AWS infrastructure issues efficiently.
• Develop scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other automation tools.
• Monitoring and optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness of cloud
• Collaborating with development teams to support deployment and operation of applications on AWS.
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve the reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AWS, including experience with EC2, S3, VPC, and other core services.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
• Hands‑on experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
• Ability to diagnose software errors, AWS configuration issues, and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Experience with working and troubleshooting with Windows and Linux OS administration.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex cloud issues independently.
