What youll be doing:
- Helping with day-to-day office admin
- Helping with day-to-day operation admin tasks
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) confidently
- Bookkeeping tasks invoices, purchases and reconciliations
- Managing calendar appointments and email management
- Data entry and preparing documents
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Keeping files and records organised
What were looking for:
- Someone organised and proactive
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling a few tasks at once
- Friendly and professional when dealing with people
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
