Solution Engineer – Large Enterprise

Overview

OpenAI is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Technical Success team in London, supporting Large Enterprise customers. This role focuses on pre-sales engagement, helping clients realize business value from ChatGPT and the OpenAI API through technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and advisory on AI strategy and architecture. The position involves collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams to ensure successful deployments and secure, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales engagement to help clients realize business value from ChatGPT and the OpenAI API through technical demonstrations, advisory on AI strategy, and architecture guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams to ensure successful deployments and secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales with experience managing complex, global client relationships.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Knowledge of IT security.
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with generative AI and cloud architectures.
• Strong communication skills.
