What you’ll be doing
- Lead the implementation of store interventions, ensuring alignment with our company strategies and financial targets.
- Collaborate with stores and contractors to deliver transformations with minimal disruption.
- Manage a variety of schemes and activity types, ranging from dispensary improvements to beauty hall reconfigurations and total refurbishments.
- Support store teams and local transformational leads, driving progress and optimising return on investment.
- Report directly to the Interventions Delivery Manager, playing a pivotal role in our Property Project Field Team.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven ability to work with complexity and change.
- Strong initiative and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, including external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel across the UK.
It would be great if you also have
- A background in store operations.
- Experience in leading change initiatives within retail environments.
- Familiarity with merchandising agencies and contractors.
