Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge to do integrations, CMDB alignment, telecom service lifecycle management, TMT configuration, customisation, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and data loading.
Note: The role is a remote working contract with a potential for permanent placement in Europe. UK will be inside IR35 ONLY.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow – 6 years+
- Telco experience – ESSENTIAL
- TNI / TSM (Telecommunications Service Management) project experience – ESSENTIAL
- Service Assurance workflows
- OSS Integrations
- CMDB
- Network inventory systems
- Excellent communication or consultancy skills
- Ability to work independently
- CSA certified / TNI / TSM certification
