Job Role: Groundworker with dumper ticketPostcode: Totnes, TQ9

Key Responsibilities:
- Multiple groundworker required for a long term role.
- Site Preparation: Clearing vegetation, removing debris, and leveling ground, including setting up safety barriers and site fencing.
- Foundations and Drainage: Digging, laying, and compacting foundations for buildings, as well as installing drainage systems and deep pipework.
- Concreting: Pouring, finishing, and setting concrete for slabs and structures.
- Hard Landscaping: Laying kerbs, slabs, concrete, and finishing driveways or footpaths.
- Machinery Operation: Operating construction plant machinery, such as dumper trucks and rollers, often requiring relevant tickets (e.g., CPCS or NPORS).
- Utility Installation: Installing underground services like electricity cables and water pipes.
Qualifications:
- CSCS required.
- NPORS or CPCS- Dumper roller ticket required.
- UK RTW required.
- Groundworking experience
