One of the 7 sites has previously been optimised from an ECC6 perspective. From a SAP PP/manufacturing perspective we will be generating a group template of manufacturing patterns that covers discrete make to stock, Make to Order and Make to Order with Variant configuration and repetitive manufacturing patterns and deploying with the necessary change management and training to ensure the group can transform their manufacturing processes. In addition to optimising manufacturing, changes to enable the existing IBP forecasting process and EDI integration to replace stock transfer orders during the hybrid ECC / S/4HANA operational period will be required.
