Property Condition Surveyor – North East Homes

Home Group is looking for a Home Condition Surveyor to work across our estates in the North East, ensuring accurate records of property conditions and collaborating with maintenance staff and customers. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of around £37,000 annually with considerable benefits.

The ideal candidate will have an HND/HNC in a construction discipline and strong knowledge of housing repairs and sustainability practices. You’ll enjoy 34 to 39 days of leave and a health cash plan covering essential services.
