We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic Sheffield team at our Olive Grove Depot (S2 3GE). This role will be based on site.
This position is a 12 month fixed‑term contract.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the contract with accurate, timely and meaningful data. Your analysis will help us monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver a high‑quality service to our client.
You’ll also contribute to our sustainability goals by supporting digital automation, reducing waste and improving resource efficiency. This is a role where your work genuinely makes a difference, operationally, strategically and environmentally.
What You’ll Do
- Develop reports and dashboards for daily, weekly and monthly performance monitoring.
- Support ad hoc data requests from operational teams and management.
- Enhance GIS mapping tools to support contract tracking, clashing and planning.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and innovation capture.
- Promote a data‑driven culture across the team and provide support where needed.
- Liasing with subcontractors to ensure programming data is up to date.
- Use digital tools for contract information and clash detection.
- Streamline processes to improve programming and productivity.
- Support digital tools such as PowerApps and SharePoint.
- Assist with dynamic planning to maximise operational efficiency.
- Support ongoing improvements within the team.
- Build digital capability across the wider team.
