In this pivotal role, you’ll
- Own the design, build, and maintenance ofTableau dashboardsfor both internal teams and client-facing products.
- LeadSQL-based data modellingtoTableauand uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with developers to scope, brief, and sign off pipeline changes, ensuring accuracy and reliability across all reporting assets.
- Champion the shift toELT-first practices, creating reusable views and automated procedures.
- Partner with global teams in London, Chennai, and beyond to raise data literacy and reporting standards.
You’llwork closely withClient teams,product owners, Cloud Ops, and development teams, while also engaging with external vendors and data providers such as UCAS, JISC, and IRCC. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex data environments, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by solving real-world challenges.

About You
- Strong experience in a data analyst role, working with large datasets
- Advanced SQL for data modelling and reporting
- Advanced Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) for dashboard development
- Experience working with cloud-based data platformsConfident briefing and collaborating with data engineers on pipeline changes
