Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager based in Harrow. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies. Duties include managing pharmacy staff, supervising prescription processing, maintaining inventory, and providing immunization services. Engage in NHS contractual obligation acrivities. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and fostering community health and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription processing
- Proficiency in managing and supporting Pharmacy Technicians
- Experience with Immunization services
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in pharmacy or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to changing environments
- Knowledge of UK pharmacy regulations and best practices
